Every time i go to start my 325i it needs cranking over twice before it will start hot or cold, any ideas??? :? Thanks

Connect a pressure gauge into the rubber fuel hose to the injector rail, and see what happens to the fuel pressure with the engine off.

I had a similar problem with my M10 Inj, managed to fix it, don't know how though, lol, a few random tweeks, checking the hoses etc, cleaning up and it fired straight away.

Marked on the pressure regulator.
3 bar for a 325, but this is relative to the pressure in the inlet plenum. Should be 3 bar with the throttle wide open dropping to around 2.4 bar with the throttle closed when the engine is running.
