Think you might need to change the spacer aswell Mick mate,

when I was down there, the pedal was "clunking", so mebbies a slightly longer one??
what size did you put in?

on the wooshing front, I would check the rubber "O" ring that goes on the master cylinder???

it goes pretty well steve.doing 30mph in 5th works with a 2.5 valver winkeye

after 150 miles and about £70 fuel i love it again :D

now i need to settle in and sort some minor issues like the rev counter plug code and get the tracking set up as pulls a tint bit to the lft when lighting a smoke up winkeye

had some tinker-time as it's had a couple of niggles,

new engine mounts fitted as the other ones were shite and the donk moved about enough to foul the steering uj on the down-pipe,cured a small p/s fluid leak that only need a jubilee clip tweak on the fluid bottle.

just need to fit the new standard middle exhaust section as the scorpion one sounds like it has no baffles in it .

and clean up the front o/s brake caliper as it's sticking on a bit.
