how to tell a m50b20 from a m50b25?

visually how can you tell a m50b20 from a m50b25? and likewise a m52b20 from a m52b25?

m20b20 the inlet manifold has smaller ribs however dont always go by this as some engines will have a 2.5 inlet fitted, and of course as will said the engine number

M50b25 has an 80mm maf so messure this, if it doesn't measure up 80mm then its a 2.0.

Or engine number as above^^
A 2 door e30 with 8 cylinders, what could be better winkeye :D
