Where do I get a 4.1 CWP ?

I am looking for a new 4.1 crownwheel and pinion.

Who should I go to in the UK ?

New? If you want one new I'd suggest contacting BMW. Birds auto http://www.birdsauto.com/ in Bucks should also be able to help you.

If a 2nd hand working condition CW&P is good enough then take Theo up on his offer. If you fancy sourcing one yourself then you can always extract a 41:10 CW&P from an E36 final drive (this is how I got mine), so long as it's not from an E36M3 (which had a larger diff). The E36 basically had the same size CW&P's but in a different housing. Reasonably easy to track down at your local scrappy. Very important that you install it correctly into the E30 final drive housing! Zone member Gareth is a wizz at this.

I can't believe Theo has still got that diff. A medium cased 4.1 is what all the budding sparco c0cks should want.

Decent ratio, decent diff housing(i.e not a small case that shits itself with 200bhp+).

Only the E36 M3 Evo has the larger diff.. 3.0 is a 188 type.. 3.15:1 ratio
