E30 S50 cats

When putting the s50b32 into an e30 can it be 'decat' or do I need to run these?

if 'de-cating' what needs to be done to the wiring? would the engine still run ok?

I am asking as I have some cats on the car which I will sell if I don't need them.

cats are not needed.
the lambda's are pre-cat. :D
they're not worth much at the scrap dealers either :(
