'Thinking of buying these but wonder what they're worth!
Can anyone advise what a set of 5 in good but not perfect condition are worth? (a few minor kerb marks only.)
There are 4 x new Fulda tyres on them and 4 x centre caps. The spare tyre is good.
Thanks for any guidelines.

impossible question sharknose...
IMHO BBS should be un-refurbished or done professionally; otherwise they look naff. They should be BMW with all the right stamps; I believe these are the lightest/strongest.
I paid 300 GBP for an unrefurb set which had done a low mileage (50-odd k) with uniroyals and 4 perfect caps, a matching BMW BBS stamped set with the same date (1990) - I knew the history of the wheels, I knew the seller.
I also bought a rougher set off Ebay with 2 pants tyres, 2 ok tyres and no caps for 100 GBP, but still BMW BBS with all the correct markings. I was taking a risk they were not even round, but because they were genuine original BMW BBS I thought it was worth it. They have turned out to be very good. i.e. they are light and strong and have taken the abuse.
I have seen the cheaper/later copies/BBS, and they are heavier.
ps I had a set of Fulda (Carat Extremo?) on some different wheels - I thought they were quite good even when worn
Hope this has been of some help.

I sold a clean set of 14" cross spokes for Ԛ£95 on Ebay.
I reckon a decent set of 5 15" wheels is worth around Ԛ£150.Refurbishing costs around Ԛ£25 per wheel.

I just paid Ԛ£80 for a set of 4 with no centre caps, but I replaced 2 tyres as they looked a bit too old, but the pair of tyres only cost me Ԛ£70.

people make the mistake of buying nasty cheap sets for less than Ԛ£100. to then have to source the centres and buy some boots.
a nice straight good condtion set with good branded tyres with plenty of life and all caps is worth Ԛ£225+
but some people just dont like spending money.

i certainly wouldn't pay more than Ԛ£225 jon for a set of bog's, i know you persoanlly like the standard look but thats the only way these wheels will fetch that kind of money if people like you the "genuine car" look kinda guy will pay it! or even sell them them for that matter! if i was looking to put my car back to factory spec i would be willing to pay a "little" more for a nice set of x-spoke but "me" as a "CHAV" as some people might say i wouldn't pay anymore than the above posted! Ԛ£150max!!! if you want the natural look buy them for silly money but otherwise dont pay over the odds because they aint nowt special "excuse my english"
