I've followed this step below...
"For the mirrors, first check for power (with a 12V lamp) at fuse 19, with the ignition on. (Touch the fuse wire in the fuse with the test lamp lead). Next, pull out the mirror switch and check for 12V on the green/white wire.
If there's power at the fuse, but not on the switch, then door pillar plug again."
There is power at the fuse and on the green/white wire. I'm sure my car should have had colour coded mirrors as it is a 1993 convertible, but it has black ones?
Any suggestions to where to look now?

Might be your mirror switch? I had this problem on mine, tested wires power was present but none were moving so swapped switch over and it works again.

I've changed the mirror switch twice now but to no avail! Maybe both were faulty?

Have you removed the mirror glass to check the wires are connected behind it?
If it ain't broke, fix it till it is

OK so I'm now sorting these bits out now my car is back on the road - Wing mirror time!
As before I've done this:
There is power at fuse 19 and on the green/white wire when ignition on.
The mirrors are all connected!
I've tried another switch!
2 sets of mirrors have been used!
Is this the only thing it could be - THE SWITCH?

Is there a local zoner who has working mirrors and swap the switches around so you can test them.
My mirrors dont work but the fuse keeps popping so different problem.

Brian - Tested with a lamp. Shall I test with a multimeter?

No, lamp is the correct way. Meter would give false and meaningless results.
There's not a lot to check for the driver's side, if you're certain power is getting there.
Fit the switch and check for power at the brown and blue/white wires at the mirror plug. There should be 12 volts across these two wires all the time the ignition is on and the mirror switch is in its 'off' position. Check that the brown wire here is actually earthed.

Thanks for all the advise! All sorted now...............It was the pesky switch! Strange how 3 off them didn't work.
