No, not a turbo - it's had some kind of modifications to the engine from standard BMW fettle but I couldn't tell you the details. The 180bhp mentioned above sounds about right. It's Alpina spec in pretty much every way possible, using original Alpina parts and was assembled by an ex-Alpina engineer. Although it's a replica, there's less difference between this and the genuine article than there would be doing a replica of a modern Alpina as back then all Alpina stuff was retro-fit.
