The Yorkshire & Humberside branch of the BMWCC have arranged a day trip to the National Railway Museum in York with reserved parking on Sunday 10th April 2011 and I am canvassing interest here with our beautiful E30's
Admission to the museum is free and the wesite is http://www.nrm.org.uk/
This was one of the best Club trips for the region last time they went in 2008, so are doing it again.
We can leave our cars there afterwards while we visit the medieval city for some sightseeing and a pub lunch.

Add your names if you fancy jollying along and we'll try and sort out a meet point for travel down.

Thanks for posting this up for me Mike
We'll have some of the car park right outside the entrance roped off for us all to use.
The museum is free but you have to put money in the gate to get out of the car park.. unless of course you know someone that works there that lets you have the keycode lol !
Mike - I guess that was you coming up the hill out of Whitby as we were driving in.. I'll catch up with you for a chat next time.
Regards
Nick

I went as a rider to the NRM years ago when the Pendolino first came into service, we dragged it from Longsight to York with a 57 and I acted as the rider in the Pendo because I knew the road.
