Hi guys
I've been driving thus car every day for 6 months with no hassle
It's a 320 1990
Jumped in and drove to the fuel station
Filled it up
Came out and started it
Went to pull away and it cut out
Car is totally standard
I've checked so far
Fuses relays
Big plug under the inlet manifold
I have fuel at the rail
It's not imobiliser as that gives you no dash light and no turn over where as now she spins over just fine but no go
And no I did not put diesel in it ;)
Anyone got any clues

Ok
I havenpower at the pump
I have removed fuel pump from tank
I have contencted the pump direct to the battery with some speaker cable and it just makes a very slight clunk
No whirr....
Anything I can do with the Pump or has it just died ?

Bud location may of helped, did you ask at the petrol station if they provide a breakdown service. My local tesco petrol station used to. Was a few years back though.
Best of luck fella and hopefully your last bus ride.

Just don't run. A brave thing to do around the elephant, but with the heygate on its last legs it should be safe to walk.

Don't throw the faulty pump fella it may be salvageable.
Good to see a zoner sorting out an issue without needing 'advice' from 24 other zoners
