What's the best sealant to use?
What's the best technique to reassemble them? Any guides or anything?

i'm suure there was a guide somewhere on wheelwhores
pretty sure the current favourite method is to bolt them together then put a nice thick bead of silicone around the outside, then smooth it over. resisting the temptation to put it on the actual joining faces as most of it will end up getting squeezed out all over the nice freshly painted / polished wheels.

I just used black silicone one mine, a thin bead along the joining faces and then a fatter on around the joing once bolted together. They've never lost any air pressure.
