m52 to m50 loom

hi im new to all this at the mo and was wondering if anyone can help i have a 325i sport and was looking at fitting a m52b28 but dont want the hassel of the ews with the obd2 system, can i just use a m50 loom and plug the m52 into it or not if yes can it be any m50 loom ie 2.0 or does it have to be the 2.5

The M52 management is much better, you can swap it for M50 loom/sensors/ECU but it wont run right until you have had it mapped properly.
If you want the EWS removing send me a pm and I will tell you what ive been up to with a spare M52 ECU :wink:

Not much TBH, its actually turning into an OCD type thing :)

I fired up my engine without EWS yesterday for the first time, it was great :D
