Some one is claiming that installing a VACUUM VALVE add on to his vacuum pipes has given him better fuel consumption as much as KMS 100 more for a full tank of petrol. Can any one confirm if this is a worthy try or just snake oil?

This gadget is suppose to be fixed right in the middle of main vacuum hose which gets connected to a LPG Cylinder control knob at home like thing then splitting to two straight hoses which goes in to the air intake manifold.

the main vacuum hose looks like braided.
