innit,
hartge FTW, lenso shite are for dubbers/chav types
is it just me that thinks Hartge wheels are better than Alpina's ?

No!!!
Shame Hartges have some cheap nasty plastic centre cap that breaks easily and costs a fortune (for what it is) to replace.
Alpina ALL the way but thats not to say i dont like Hartges.

Hartges are THE best wheels for two reasons, 1 you can fit bigger brakes behind them and 2 it takes less than a minute to clean each wheel

Yep, i've had both as well. Sadly both are made of soft alloy and one hard hit and 99% of the time they will buckle. Sad.

Well all the caps still have the clips attached on these, does any one know if you can still get the hartge badges?
Also thanks to miss rembering topless's bodge with the volvo centre caps, while the zone was down i bought some volvo 440 ones that are the same dia and style with just alittle more dish, just need to make a locking mechanism for them now and i'll have a spare set that look very very simulir

I'd be interested to see this when it's done.

Thing is I don't need them realy as mine are all good but I fancied having a play at making a spare set that don't look to far from original, also abit worried about some thieving fucker robbing the original ones as the price of them keeps going up and up.

Although i think kerry will be getting a call for some new brackets and bigger discs

Yum! I like!
By the way for the record, Hartge's are good for big brakes, Alpina's are more of a pain as the backs of the spokes have a big radius where they meet the rim! (17" reps are better of course)
The worst wheel for a brake upgrade is the MIMM - not a chance with those!
