Couldn't say for sure, but I doubt it's worth the expense even if it did. In percentage terms, it's actually a very small gain in power, and most of that is only because the S54 can rev higher as standard.

Well if you put an s54 head onit it will lool like an s54 rahter than an s50 as the s54 head is a single part

S50B32 head is a simple plug an play job

a race spec s54 is good for about 380bhp are you building it or having it built as if money is no object talk to Russ at JCracing in thirsk

ok thought the s50 tapet cover would fit. . . damn what is the most power i can get with the s50b32 lump no turbo or nos. biulding it myself but doing some research before i jump in and change stuf. it is being built for the track. production N/A 6cyl class witch meens roll cage brakes and non vishual engen upgrades except exhaust. so any idea what i can do to make it rev as hi as posible with as much power and torque as posible ?

Depends on your budget some the engine builders in germany charge 30K

If it is an s50 then a s50b32 head + throttle bodies + manifold with the s50b30 cam carrier, CNC heads do good job or porting them.

Super tec in the USA for uprated valves, springs, retianers and a shim under bucket setup

decent cams CAT or shrick

Carbon air box, after market ecu ARP's etc

Forged high comp pistons, forged rods.

s50b32 sump oil pump and dip stick
Should be able to put that together for 10k

BHP depends on quality of parts/engine builder/mapping but based on high tunned s50b30 that are in club racing 360-380 if you get it right

its a m3 evo it has the s50b32 moter the 321hp version. well so far i have bought titanuim valves and springs wiseco raised crown lightweight slipper pistons and rings hks conrods and had it all balenced with a hks counter weight crank shaft got a stage 4 AC sniczer cams updated vanos system delimit and race chiped (stil running standard ECU with piggy) 6 into 2 into 1 race exhaust and headers. port and polished head and throtel bodies k&n filter slightly bigger injectors higher voltage coils with lower charge time 4 point sparkplugs lighter puleys. going to do a dry sump conversion soon. what can be done with the shim buckets ?
