no, not all models have all options fitted, i.e. fuses/relays for front fogs for example.

Fuses 3, 9, 16, 18, 25, 29 and 30 shouldn't be fitted.
Fuse 6 should be 7.5A, but the 10A fuse you have is acceptable to cope with trailer brakelights.
Fuse 11 should be 7.5A. The 15A one you have fitted is a sure sign of past or intermittent fuel pump problems.

So all of these are bad? what does having a 15 on a 7.5 do that is bad for the car?
*edit* plus my car is canadian, does that change something? it has foglights there don't work though (because of fuze?) do canadian cars have different options then uk ones?

If the fuel pump jams, a 7.5A fuse will sometimes blow, as it should, but a 15A one will not, and the wiring will start to cook.
The saving grace of this one is that will a stalled fuel pump, the engine will stop shortly afterwards, unless it happens to be dual fuel (LPG) converted car, removing power from the fuel pump feed. Any attempts to re start the car will reapply the power though, while the engine is cranking.
Relays K4 and K8 can vary with different markets, depending on local foglight regulations. UK cars have a double pole (usually black) relay in both of these positions, and the US version of E30s uses a normal single pole relay for K4, and a single pole relay with a diode blocker for K8.
