The spacer slides in the back of the master cylinder before its bolted upto the servo.
Effectively lengthening the bar in the servo.

As above but I would start off with a 20mm spacer and go from there mate. Some will work with a 10-15mm spacer but my car was 20mm. Atleast if you start with 20mm you can cut it down with a hacksaw to suit.
When the spacer is inserted, offer the master up to the servo, there should be a slight bit of resistance but if you have to push hard then this is to much.

I put in my last post (above) the spacer should be around the 15-20mm mark. Some people have used 10-15mm spacers but mine was 20mm and according tho danthe, most are. Try that first.

With the matrix pipe, cut about an inch off it or you will never get the pipe on or if you do it will be kincked! I cut an inch off mine and its fine mate

Its the brown-purple to get temp guage working, so that goes to the only pin on the brown e30 temp sensor!

Brakse are awsome with the clio servo aren't they :), just cut a mm or 2 off the spacer and they should be fine mate.

My gear linkage is on the pas side, I used m42 box and 325 prop (took off the vibration damper) for clearance, I don't get any rubbing or banging....

And with my top matrix pipe I cut about an inch off the plastic pipe that pokes out of the bulkhead, its still a squeeze but its on there fine 8)

Brown-yellow is the other 1 but when wiring up an m50 motor brown-purple (e30) goes to brown-purple (m50 loom) so I don't get where your going with that 1 tbh mate :?
