I'm getting a spare set of injectors next week in the hope they'll be quieter than the mice with steel clogs that operate my current ones. Before fitting them though, i'd like to get them properly cleaned up and flow rates/patterns checked etc.
Can anyone recommend where i should send them to and how much it's likely to cost?
Where to send injectors for a good clean/check?

Might be worth sending Jay (chippedUk) an e-mail, he did mine for me last year, I sent them to him with Ԛ£35, and I had them back within a week, with a print out on the new flow rates, and what they were before, they were all between 92% and 98%, Jay reckoned that it would be impossible to get to 100% with older injectors, and you'd have to buy new.
The difference was very noticeable afterwards, and was well worth the effort!

I've ben looking into this aswell and found http://www.boxermotorworks.co.uk/FuelIn ... eaning.htm, they charge Ԛ£95 inc VAT for all six. Other places have quoted me upto Ԛ£22.50 +VAT per injector.
Don't know if this helps but keep us posted

Lucas service centres do it. Cost me Ԛ£55 for 4 to be done. Didn't make any noticeable difference to the engine though.
