Not an e30 story but related to the theme.
My mate is a cracking welder (repaired my car last year too) and got asked to do a couple of bits to his colleagues civic he had just bought, Chris pulled up the carpets to find a load of granny porn stashed there. Poor lad who owned the car never lived it down

Lmfao @ the above ^
In my old cromie 325i (3yrs ago) I was tracing a wire that run down into the centre console. As I put my hand around the back of it I felt a round-ish lump, when I pulled it out it turned out to be just over half ounce of solid (weed)
. My mate said it was a nice smoke lol

One of my mates did that to a car he sold, he slipped a few "printouts of wrongness" between the glove box and the dash before he handed over the keys LOLd6dph wrote:Not an e30 story but related to the theme.

How do you pronounce 'either'? I say 'either', but some say 'either'. Either is correct.

I found in the passenger door pocket of the chromie a set of original 80's Mirror lens Aviator style sunglasses, still in their blue leather "Foster Grant" case.
I think I found £1.32 in the touring in loose change when I got it, so that took the purchase price to under £130

There was the E30 M3 that had a modified fuel tank and a dummy rear footwell panel, Think it was a US car.

I found a pile of winning scratch cards in the glove box, all with about £2 - £5. Went to cash them up, about 40 pounds worth, and they were all to old to cash! Gutted

Some Confetti, a couple of Centimes and a ticket from a French Toll booth.
I like to think they are all connected.

This actually happened to me about a year and a half agoCypriotgeeza wrote: I drove around for a year with that basically "staring me in the face"as i said in the other thread imagine having a stupid amount in your car and you got pulled..."i didnt know that was in their officer i swear!...Yea COURSE you didnt mate"
I smoke weed, so if i'd known it was there it would've been gone!
I bought an Opel Omega for wrecking, within a week got the diff welded and me and a few of the lads went out for some roundaboutting and general late night tomfoolery.
We got pulled by the cops in the end and they proceeded to search all our cars.
What do they go and pull out of a compartment i didn't even know was there? About an ounce of hash
I tried to tell the copper at the time that if i'd have known it was there i'd have smoked it already and that i'd only had the car for 5 days or so, but he was having none of it.
Luckily for me though they never came back to me about it
Still... wish i'd found the lump before they did!
