lowering?

Anybody got any ideas on if i should lower my 325 cab 40mm or 60/40mm to get it sitting right on 15in wheels, new to bmws, any ideas would be great! Thanks.

its upto you mate depending on the look you want my cab is 60mm all round on 17x8 slightly tuff ride but looks fookin cool! 40mm you will still retain comfort 60/40 will be a mix and 40/60 is the mean hot rod lookk but im not sure what this does for handling, comfortability etc

i have just lowwered my cabby 60/40 on 17" alpina reps and im happy with it!
i think it is down to personal preferance to be honest. i would of dropped the back more but with the 60mm rears you get the speed boat look

My cab is lowered 60mm all around on 17" wheels. Not the most comfortable, but its not bone shattering.

I can't recommend eibach enough, their springs are the danglers

if you want to ge really low down then you are looking at coilovers 
if it's got t*ts or wheels it's bound to be trouble...............prove me wrong.

if you lower your bmw e30 60mil by a sump gaurd as you will need it. or have some new sumps ready

I would recommend getting a sump guard from raceperformancemodified.com my touring is lowered about 80mm and before i put the sump guard on i was having endless trouble with sumps and i have had the guard on about 2 months now and i havent had anymore issues
