Haha! The chin spoiler is from another car... Replacing a spotless one without the oil cooler holes. I do need a new one. I may get this one extended (plastic welded) downwards by nearly an inch or so, then sprayed. Complicated and silly but will look subtly different.

Put it this way, if the chin had been battered by me, my sump wouldn't be intact!

I'm seeing what you're saying. Probably better than I've seen before.. But the evil front end (ahem.. council) does let people know from the front that she isn't standard. I'll probably experiment with a chrome grill in the near future. The back end is another matter. I was even considering having a stainless pea shooter back box made; with the real exhaust exiting before the backbox!

In any case, the grill is the tip of the iceberg regards getting into CR24v

And yep, she's M50 single vanos with M52B28 internals...

I've been tempted to fit a pair of cut downswept tailpipes to my exhaust, similar to those found on some modern diesels. then paint the scorpion system matt black

I think with smaller diameter wheels (keep the width!) and the accompanying drop, she'd look gorgeous...

If i could make my car almost silent, there would be little to the untrained eye that would give any indication of it's potential. I might drive with a flat cap on to look even more like an old man

At the moment, the stonking great big stainless Scorpion exhaust gives the game away, but it's nicely balanced by the tow-ball

Haha! My friend Elmsy used to drive a Saab 900 turbo with a flat cap and a walking stick visible in the rear window!

He then fell asleep at the wheel and went through a hedge at very high speed. Quite befitting of OAP behaviour!

True... I probably will eventually but can't really afford it at the moment, works gone down the pan and I'm using the E30 as a daily, I don't think my 8 month old daughter will enjoy 200bhp and solid suspension
