I have a M reg 318i tourer in green, although made 12/93 I was not registered until 01/08/1994 by Ivor Holmes ltd in Luton, bought as a winter smoker as mot fail, put exhaust and headlights on for mot, been run into ground by previous owner, slowly being restored, anyone know how many 1994 e30's are about?

So after my first post I am called A liar?, what possible reason would I have to lie? is a M reg tourer rare?, I am new to e30's, like my post says it was bought as a winter runabout from my local scrap yard who were going to scrap it but I wanted a cheap car for the winter. Its chassis number is cl11979, from looking on realoem I worked out that it was the 75th last 318i right hand drive manual to be made ( please correct me if I am wrong)

L reg. isn't particularly uncommon, especially for a touring, (I have two, possibly three), but there's only a hand full of M regs. around.
I have another touring that wasn't registered until well over a year after it was built, but sadly, it wasn't a '93 one.
I gave up on my search for one about eighteen months ago, and stuck the Moooooore plate on my E39 towing barge. The E30s now have a trio of E3oxxplates, plus a couple of other random 'cherished' ones.
The latest 'registered' one will probably be an imported used one, where the DVLA messed up the UK plate allocation.
