Thanks for the comments the story is previous owner asked me to find a buyer so I put it on the Zone cars for sale and then forgot about it had a call from him some weeks later offering it to me at a very reasonable price so here we are. the steering wheel cover is a bit strange but as it does not have power steering it probably helps at low speeds. faults found so far, bonnet strut, ABS lamp on and duff battery. No major rust I can find which is a bonus.

I have a set of 15" cross spoke wheels off the sport may put them on later, the bottletops are 14" with like new Michelin pilots so may leave them on until after the MOT. My wife suggested chrome wheels would look good

Update on this project, changed all the fluids, brake parts cleaned and checked. ABS lamp issue fixed only welding required was the plates under the foot wells. everything electrical works so MOT next
