Help Rust!

Hi,

First time on here, so forgive me if this has been asked before.

Just purchased a 1989 325i sport in White. It needs some TLC and i have made it my plan to give it to her.

Main problems are RUST.

Problem areas are, boot lid, rear acrhes, bottom driver door and sunroof.

Is there any way to get rid without a full respray?

Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated

inner or outer arches?
Sunroof lid or tray?

The answers to these questions will make a big difference

boot lid - Can be replaced
rear acrhes - Any pictures? Outer arches are a bit different as its more terminal at this point, but are we talking major or just rusting? Wire brush, weld them up, rust treat and rattle can them back in if your not wanting a full respray... Then polish them nice and flat.

bottom driver door - Can be replaced
sunroof - Can be replaced.
