S38 swap

Hi everyone. im in need of some asistince. I am thinking of putting a s38b36 moter in my 320i 2door. Has it been done before because i did not see any topic on it and what do i need. Is it posible to put the 6 speed trany in as well and will a 323i LSD cope with the added power? any advice or asistance would help plz

ive got nothing but time and im shure my old man can asist me. as of the money part il rob a bank or my moms purse hahaha thanx for the info
