How much grief is it to replace all of the suspension bushes on the rear end?
Is there a distinct advantage going for polybushes and do they give a coarse ride?
I will be replacing the diff in the not too distant future, will have the luxury of doing it on a 2 post lift more than likely. Will probably look at doing springs too and may spunk up the dollars for the H&R spring kit.

Stay well away from rear poly subframe bushes. Nothing but jittry ride, harshness and lots of diff noises.
Go for standard and dont even try fitting them yourself - usually around Ԛ£120 all in.
Rear anti roll bar bushes are easy to fit and use the powerflex ones.
Have you done the front end ones yet?

not done front end ones, but I guess it makes sense to balance out the handling rather than have a nice tight rear end, ooh err
, and a sloppy front end.
my old man has a worskhop with 2 post lift and a press, so should not be as much hassle as on the driveway on axle stands

i say go poly everywhere... i dont think its that bad at all... and the benefits far outweigh the advantages
if ure evn more hardcore.... try these guys:
http://translate.google.com/translate?u ... uage_tools
touring car aluminium locked stuff......
prob not best for road use.... poly are great though.. i wouldnt have anything else, it they just all feel a bit loose at the back...also dulling steering response in the process

Karan, are you sure you have poly bushes? Every car ive been with poly bushes is so harsh and the amout of extra diff noises is alot. The Alpina has the same H&R kit as yours, then we put poly rears on and its just nasty.
