my m42 has schrick cams and a evolve chip and i had it on the dyno at 140bhp before the cams and chip then after the upgrades it is still 140bhp??!!! any ideas

Cams setup correctly?

Yes same dyno and cams are fitted correctly. Maybe the Evolve chip is letting it down?

Don't mean "fitted", are they set correctly? They need to be adjusted for optimal performance.

Why the evolve chip? Have you tried the standard chip?

im going to try the standard chip back in and see if i can tell a differance. the cams were put in and set with the m42 cam locking tool i have not adjusted them! should i? :?

Sounds very strange what cams are they? I run a different chip and have great results could you not notice any difference in the engine ?
