Wiring Connector

Just a thought, if I were (stupid enough) to try to do my own wiring on an M50 conversion I've noticed that on my engine plug some of the wrong pins are wired and some have no pins present.
How do you "remove" the pins, what locks them into place ?

You need a special tool to take the pins out
