If you have a Momo wheel, there is a good chance the width is 285mm fella

How do people find driving with littler steering wheels?
I tried fitting my old 300ish mm Moto-Lita and couldn't see the gauges

I can't see the speedo between 40mph to 120mph on account of my momo. I can if i put the seat on the lowest setting, but I don't like sitting right down on the floor as I don't like driving with my legs stretched outwards

The BMW wheels are either 375 or 385mm, depending on which wheel it is (Mtec, 3-spoke leather series 2, 4-spoke plastic tat...). According to the ETK version I have at least.
I have a 330mm Sparco Lap 3 wheel on my car and I can't see any speed between 40mph - 100mph, but who needs to know what speed you're going at right!?
Gives much better feel to the steering though!
For road use maybe something like 350mm would give improved feel & weight but still allow you to see the dials? If that works let me know, I may try it myself!!!!

Aah that might be my problem, I have the seat as low as possible as I'm 6'2" and still couldn't see the dials.
Oh well, prefer the M-Tech1 wheel anyway.

I think a small wheel can make it difficult for wheel twirling/ lots of lock to lock movement, but I have never driven with one of the Mtec1 bus wheels though.

I'm the same (well 6'1"), and got my seat as low as it goes but still can't see most of the dials. I tried tilting the seat back too, but either my legs are wrapped round the steering wheel or I'd need to get my arms stretched another 6 inches! Need to be an Orangutan to get the driving position right and still see the dials (or fit the bus steering wheel which was on her when I got her, which ain't happening!)Aah that might be my problem, I have the seat as low as possible as I'm 6'2" and still couldn't see the dials.
The other problem is the boss. The standard wheel with integrated boss is 'taller' than the sports wheel plus boss which I have, i.e. the wheel is further away from you (or closer to the dials, whichever way you look at it). This exasperates the issue, i.e. the diameter of the wheel obscures the dials even more! I don't know if another boss would be better, mines a 'Simoni Racing' boss. I think OMP do two heights of boss, but not sure.
