G3 is a compound, although it's too harsh to use on good paintwork by hand if you're not going to machine it off with a finer grade.
A good one to use by hand is 3M finesse-it (although it is strictly speaking a machine polish). It costs Ԛ£14 a bottle from the factors and you'll need to rub quite hard a small area at a time, but it will bring back a good lustre. You need to 'wax' polish it after. Anything will do, even good old turtle wax. If you're on a budget, you can just use T-cut metallic, it does a similar job at the end of the day, it's just not as good. Use vax machine fluid diluted to clean your interior, seats and hard plastics, then dress with a low gloss dressing such as Armour-all low gloss. Whack some bling on your tyres and then your done. A whole day's work which will make you want to keep the car!!
Now you've just got to wait for some good weather!
p21 is filler noooo you must be thinking of somthing else mate
