That would be a Ca 1970 Monterverdi 375 L . A Swiss take on a Jensen interceptor, complete with 7.2 chrysler V8. This is a VERY rare and spectacular turd !


This is actually not a Bristol, it's a Gordon Keeble, a mid 60s British made hero chariot with corvette running gear and a fibreglass body.IIRC correctly less than 100 were made.

I used to regularly trespass around Brooklands as a teenager - there used to be a hole in the wire fence above the track. Once got caught by security, and escorted out in a furiously-driven van

We used to get in as well about 20 years ago. Used to get in near the sewage works where the tracks original bridge has been removed. You could walk up the side of the banking and get in at the top. I have shed loads of photos somewhere. I'll have to scan them in.


Oh and Adi! I can say that I don't (Can't) love a DS. They were ugly when new and are ugly now. F*cking turds mate!

The Brooklands concorde is known as DG. she was the pre-prodction aircraft on the British side. When they tested the new fule tanks it was DG that was used.

That concorde was chopped up and they put it back together. The main guy in charge is a guy Gordon and he does the best concorde website. The old concorde mascot is at Brooklands somewhere as it was donated to them , it's known as G-CON. TBH the best concordes to go and see are G-BOAC at Manchester or go and see G-BOAA up in Scotland, unfortiatly she was chopped up and floated up the thames. G-BOAF ( the one I have been on ) is at the airbus factory in Bristol and is no longer on public display but at least it's being mothballed properly.
