Bare in mind that the engine has been turned over so the valves might not of been in that position all along. And the manifold was removed for the m52 with rags covering the orifices. Not that it bothers me too much becuase the engine was going to be scrapped anyway originallyDanThe wrote:If you look at the inlet valves you will see that cylinder is the only one with them open, thats how the mess has got in there. Anybody reading this about to store an engine, especially outside, leave the manifold on with the throttle shut
