can any one tell me how the frong fogs on a pre-facelift come out, i'm transfering them to a M-tech 1 kit..!!

Don't think you'll need pictures! There's just 2 screws in the surround IIRC - Simple as that!
E30 in need of wiring loom smoke since April '11...
