Anyone use a e21 323 flywheel?

I can get e21 323 flywheel of a guy I know but will they work with the m52 setup with e30 325 clutch and m42 gearbox? What starter is needed, m20? There's a small difference in weight with them 5vs7kg's I believe, before lightening.
