Rough plans are to get the install sorted, hopefully in next week or two, get the hids fitted as soon as they turn up from china lol, and then in the new year get the new engine fitted.

Engine built and in - looking less likely due to crank issues
Sort out ICE - nothing major just a nice sound
Roof - Observe roof number 2 for deterioration.
Exhaust - backbox - would like a nice stainless, straight piped box.

Next year I'd like to strip the tourer back to basics and rebuild an M20 with an M52 crank then go forced induction  hopefully it'll re-kindle me passion for the E30 :?

My other half has had enough of her tourer and wants to get a VW of some sort..

Probably do none of these as it's (probably) for sale Autumn next year anyway. But:

Poly bushes.
HR Anti Roll bar
4 pot AP's
Fix the sunroof tilt

And a handful of pissy things that aren't super critical, but bother me when I see them
