So...

Swapped my Red 318i 2Dr for this Touring last week... Just gave it a clean and a look over.

So far so good its running ok, sometimes when I put it into reverse, it starts to sound like its gonna cut out over and over again, but not too bothered about it and will do some research on that at some point.

It was on here advertised for £1200 or so which was well over the top imo... Then I spotted it on Gumtree 2 weeks ago at £650... So I messaged to see if they would swap for a 318i... Call back and yes they would... So, went to have a look at it and it ran fine until it ran out of fuel, put some in and it was fine...

In the ad on here it listed a few things it had done like Oil change, water pump & cam belt, which I suspect it hasnt as the oil is not new at all... So I doubt the other bits...

I think what they ment was they reset the service light... :?

Ahh well, it goes well when driving, no issues at all...Quick too for a auto.

Its a 325i, and thats about it.

Just gonna smoke about in it whilst working on the chromie and cab for the summer.

Pic time.

Nothing yet to be honest... Thought about one of the Mild Chips on here and maybe a Ebay Stainless exhaust manifold, as I can use that later on my chromie too... I got some Alpina Reps I might stick on it, lower it down...

Liking the look of yours in your sig, what ride height is that?

Might search for an Interior for it too after christmas too, as itsgot a standard grey comfort at the moment which just looks boring...

Mines been lowered -60mm, you should be able to source a sports interior fairly easily.

Its not bad, looks lots better in the pictures though, needs a really good polish which I couldnt be bothered with due to it being -200 outside today. Fewspots of rust too but nothing major... Also looks like someone has tried to sort the arches in the past with abit of paint, so need to redo that properly. :D

I wondered who had that kit... He said it wasnt fitted to it as I spoke to him about it when I swapped. Can't see any evidence of it being fitted to it although, driver side wing does have 2 small holes in it as you can see in the picture so perhaps it was. :( Would have liked that fittted to it. ould have looked the danglies. :D

Want to donate it back to her? winkeye
