yes
Only thing is there are 2 different styles of M20 starter motor, one with a fat body and one with a longer thinner body, I can't recall exactly if there are fitment issues or not. I am using the thin body one with M20 flywheel and had no fitting issues at all.

Thanks for the advice mate. On the basis that you are using an m20 wheel, do you think it will still be compatible if I'm still using the original flywheel?

I don't think M20 starter will work with the M50 dual mass flywheel mate.

Thanks - I bought my car with the conversion in, I've not had the box separated from the engine so unsure what flywheel I have.
Cheers again.

is there somebody who have experience with "fat body " M20 starter?
I have that fat body starter I think, and this won´t work.
there are one bracket what dont let be starter in it position.
down edge of starter wont touch the gearbox. upper edge is good.
and engine dont crancking but starter runs good.
picture too of bracket

what I need to do?
cut it? or only way is search little starter?

Id suggest you find out what flywheel you have fitted before going any further.
If you remove the rubber bung from the gasket plate you will be able to see it
