cold heaters whats going on

hi guys ive recently completed my m52 conversion but seem to be having problems getting heat through the heaters im pretty sure there is no air in the system but it just doesnt seem to be circulating propley it doesnt over heat an if you leave the heaters off for a moment then turn them on its warm but go's cold straight away do you think my hoses could be on wrong somehow

Which way round have you got the hoses attached to the matrix?
E30 in need of wiring loom smoke since April '11...

think the one from the back of the head is on the top one

Then swap them over for a start...

does the matrix only flow one way cus i thought it didnt matter or have i got it wrong

The matrix will happily flow either way, but the electric valve is a bit more fussy.
