BMW do a conversion kit with a new dryer, seals and valves etc. IIRC it was around £120 but has most probably gone up again knowing them.

Have you taken it to an aircon place to ask on cost? it may well end up cheaper?

A new condesor rad will be a good idea as well if your still on the original.
