I have managed to lose an old link that told me how to convert US Lbs to CC's that we use to measure injector flow rates over here.

I also need to know how many CC's my 535 injectors flow ?

I want to swap my 535 injectors with my new 30Lbs injectors and i need to know the CC's for both so i can adjust the settings on my Emerald ECU.

Hi Andy.

I had this for some reason - cant think why and I dont know if it will help you....
An injector's size is measured in how much volume of fuel it can flow in a given period of time. US Domestic injectors are usually measured in pounds per hour (lbs/hr), while injectors for import engines are usually measured in cubic centimeters per minute (cc/min). You can convert between the two:

To convert cc/min into lbs/hr, divide cc/min by 10.5. For example, the stock 295 cc/min injectors works out to 28 lbs/hr.

To convert lbs/hr to cc/min, multiply pounds per hour by 10.5.
Also this link may help, but again maybe of no use to you...

Just been digging on the net and it says for the 535 injectors the bosch part No is 0 280 150 203 and the flow rate is 185cc but at 2.5 bar fuel pressure which i think is wrong as i thought it was supposed to be at 3 bar ?

Can any one confirm the part number and flow rate ?

Ive done a bit of digging and the only flow rate I can find is around the 19lbs mark, so if that calculation is right - 199cc....
It says its a replacement for the part number you found.
Bosch - NEW
0280150556-D5B 19lbs

I have seen that conflicting info on here.....

http://www.fiveomotorsport.com/Injector_SetsBMW.asp

....thats why it would be nice to get some conformation from some one like Ant as i think he looked into using these injectors on his turbo e30 ?

I got my new injectors from Fiveo, only took a week to arrive so nice prompt service and very cheap compaired to over here in the UK.

This is the other site that says 185cc @ 2.5 bar pressure, 0 280 150 203

I dont know if this would work out, but if you ran those injectors at 3bar would the rate go up from 185cc to 199cc, or doesnt it work like that?
