Its that time of year again to buy another E30 for some winter fun.. Ive owned a 318i Touring and a 325i coupe both were had for a bargain price but this was reflected in there condition .. I think they are great cars but they seem to have gone up alot in price recently? So after hunting through the for sale ads for a few months, I came across this....

I have already done a few bits to it.. Like change the wheels and rip the front spoiler off lol... (They will be going up for sale this afternoon)

Pics to follow over the weekend

Cheers
Winston

I didn't take the front splitter off... it removed its self, as the car is running quite low on the 14" OZ routes ive fitted... Im painting the splitter black this evening and will see what it looks like... but will prob just end up fitting a standard spoiler for daily use tbh... I always wanted an iS spiltter for my other E30's but they where never that low

Plans wise... sump guard and remove all the M sport modifications... maybe a touch lower winkeye

The wheels are in the for sale section - http://www.e30zone.net/modules.php?name ... c&t=182395

Cheers folks

I removed a richbrook gearknob and thought i would fit the Mk1 Golf gearknob out my old caddy... it is abit on the large size tho

The wheels are 14x7J OZ Routes.. They came off my mates VW caddy, they are a bit battered up close but still polish up ok and are fitted with drift spec tyres winkeye

G60 8x15 banded steels... I was worried they might have to much poke but i very pleased with the results, they should tuck nicely.. Im going to buy a sump guard off ebay today and once its fitted i will give the springs a trim winkeye

I replyed on edition but will post do an updated post here

I was going to sell the OZ but they have taken a battering on my mates caddy so they are not the straightest of wheels.. I would just want what i paid for them.. £200 (come with centre caps as well).. So guess no one will pay that so might as well keep them for the snow winkeye

Cheers eko... It would and i never knew earlies had no side repeaters.. bit of a pricey mod tho?

PS... the iS lip is sold

Are the wings with side repeaters not US Spec as opposed to prefacelift eko? My 87' still has side repeaters, i'd seriously condider removing them if i could find some way round the MOT. Some really realy early prefacelifts might lack side repeaters but all cars made after 85 have to have them.
Also, lovely car! Front needs to come down a tad.

Looks good, seen a black 2 door on banded steels too.

Any ideas on the weight of one wheel?

Thats what I did :D

Or could drill a small hole in the bottom of the door mirror and mount an almost invisible Orange LED?

Very early ie Y and A reg E30`s didnt have side repeaters so those wings would be perfect but finding good ones would be a mission and im not sure if they are available new?

^Im loving that.. sure ive seen it before?^

I did want to give it a wash for these pictures... but in this weather its pointless.. White cars suck lol

Im pretty happy with how its sat but I still might put my 5mm rear spacers back on once ive done a little more arch work... I will have to get coilovers in the future as the front shocks won't be lasting so long with the cut springs.. but it will do for now

Also lost the carbon badges for 8 balls like i did on my 325i

What tyre size are you running?

And by the way your e30 looks very good - Well stanced e30s are few and far between on the zone.

Why thank you sir.... I like the mix of e30's on here... Track, drift, oem, council, sleepers and the odd few stanced ones winkeye

I like a well stanced car, have done for years even before it became mainstream... It might go more track based after winter tho

This is my other car thats off the road over winter.. please forgive its FWDness lol
