60/40 is awesome on the tech 1 M8, For springs on a budget may I suggest trying a full Apex kit, its what I'm using on the SE and its tight let me tell you
I did sample the revised H+R cup kit the other day though, its sublime dude

Ian,
The Avo shocks are very very good. Probably the best spring kit out there is the H&R. Very comfortable ride and excellent progressive nature.
Simon13, Demlotcrew, Ian332i and myself using them.
No point buying a whole kit because you have excellent shocks.

Ian,
I have one H&R 60/40 kit here in stock always so no probs there. Just order through Zone shop - pay online
Bushes:
Go for Powerflex front eccentric control arm bushes. These are superb and you can fit them yourself. (Zone shop)
Powerflex Anti roll bar bushes (if your going to get ARB's then just wait and buy those as they come with new bushes) (Zone Shop)
Front anti roll bar bushes (BMW)
Rear Anti Roll Bar Bushes (BMW)
Front top mount and rear top mounts (BMW)
Rear trailing arm bushes (BMW)
Subframe Bushes (BMW)
Change all that and your car will feel like new. Thats a guarantee!
