we had a nice little gathering on the hill (burger van location as usual winkeye), before a nice drive (topless for me, thanks TPS) to a country pub, kindly hosted by 320Stu. the usual drink and chat re. all things E30 with the usual friendly zoners. an enjoyable day made all the better due to the lovely weather.
good call Mr.H :thumb:

Nice pics Adi. Love Scrumps's Adidog coat.
Shame I couldn't make it. Will set up another meet for the next few weeks if anyone's about for it.

Love the coat :P

Sorry I couldn't make it for reasons given but glad you all had a good time - livery looks awesome Paul

Yup set it up Gord - we could still get some decent weather even if we have to wrap up a bit :D
As I get older I realize that you can't please everyone - pissing everybody off is however a piece of cake

Scrumpy says thanks for her fashion statement compliments. and yes Mike, i did have a good nosey. shame it's Diamondschwartz though and not Dolphin Grey, which as everyone on here knows, is the best colour to have :chuckle:

Schwartz & Dolphin Grey are nice, but Calypso Red & Alpine White II are what colours to have.

Calypso or Dolphin for an E30... The white is probably 3rd on the list.

Malachite is a bit dark for my taste, but yes, the Lagoon is another nice colour. :)

The time I ran? Don't get me started... I got staged up with (what I believe to be) a newer 5er, right after one of the jet car runs. Got an OK launch, but as I dropped the clutch on 2nd, I only bounce off the redline. Ended up being a busted diff. The tow truck came and got me, and as I passed the 1/4m line, I imagine it was about 10:xx:xx give or take a minute... :cens:
