Hi guys,
I need to replace my suspension. I was hoping for some advice. I want to know what is a good brand to buy. I want a car that sits completely straight on the side profile as standard the suspension rear is slightly higher than the front. I want the front and back to sit level. I also want comfortable suspension, something that can tackle speedhumps with ease so please no boy racer suggestions. I drive my chromie everyday and just don't know where to buy it and what springs to get. Please advise

You need Eibach Pro kit springs and standard replacement ( rather than Sport ) Bilstein shocks.
The Eibachs you can get from http://www.suspensionshop.co.uk/bmw-pro ... 9_6794.htm
The Bilsteins you can get from ECP.
You might struggle to get the front/rear absolutely level.
The Eibachs will drop the car but not to stupid levels so speedbumps won't be a problem if you take it easy.
In terms of quality these brands are excellent. Anything springs/shocks you can buy cheaper are cheaper for a good reason.

The eibechs seem the drop the rear less (30mm) but on a chromie I understand the rear arches are higher. Do you think it would be a good idea to drop the front by 30mm and rear by 40mm to get a straight profile? Will this impact handling in a negative way? Everyday driver so has to be comfortable. Thanks for the link. Checked it out but the rear drop on e30 is less than front. Will this make it's rear higher?
