changed my rear drums today for some nice new genuine bmw ones i found on fleabay a while ago, i was suprised to see how much more "meat" there actually was on the new ones compaired to the old and how much i had to adjust the shoes back to get the new drums on,
wonder if the old ones are the genuine ones from new?

I would recommend you paint the drums as my new ones went rusty within 2-3 weeks in the crappy weather. Painting it silver will keep it looking fresh and original
