Are they the 4 pot black brembo calipers? If so - I have a set off a 740i which I bought as I was told they would go on my e28 but they don't fit and I can't see an easy way of making spacers fr them - not sure if they might fit an e39 as they should be the same as the 540i brakes.

The GERMAN version of 750 had 4 pot and 325 mm rotors ,, but the brakes are massivly heavy and good for high speed use
but on E30 it will make the car to heavy for nothing,, many use 730 E38 front brakes w/ AUDI 5 x 100 rotor and get them redrilled
