I got mine off Ebay, they come up from time to time. Try German Ebay also - Ebay.de

If the dealers still do them they will be very expensive. They do tidy up the sills.

were they available on the 325iS MTechnic I or just the later versions i.e. MTechnic II?

Never seen them on any Tech 1 or Tech 11 sports. Only motorsport convertibles.
