Hi there this is my new e30 . i payed £350 for it it came with fail sheet needs a small patch of welding on sill and a few bits snapped coil and other bolt on things . i have already buffed most of the car back up . not that good at this uploading yet. . thanks kev

How did you do that, what products/method etc.
I have a friend with a faded red Volvo and i would like to try and get it looking like this.

hi. i got it back to red using tesco paint restorer with a electric buffer and a water spray gun so as not to burn paint. then i waxed with carplan triple wax polish. kev

Looks really good, next you should try & paint all the black trim including the front grill, wiper vents etc in satin black.

thanks . waiting for some free time and a dry weekend to finish bottom valances and all the drivers side. it took me 5 hours to do the roof, bonnet,boot and passanger side.was going to back to black all the trim and pvc tape the chrome out so i can get some nice pics and decide if to paint chrome ..kev
