Evening all,

Well, with the hunt for an upgrade (325i tech 1/2) work on the on my current e30 will stop minus maintaining her and alike..

She is a 316i, has 98k on the clock now, full bmw service history, 3 previous owners (two being women) and had been garage stored most her her life.

Their is little rust on my old girl, only surface rust on the rear arches (nothing rare their) which i will get around to doing before she sells i hope.

I bought her standard for £1000 with 60k on the clock, unmolested.

I have added only a small amount of things, facelift bumpers & mirrors (colour coded) IS splitter, eyesbrows (like marmite on here!) tech 1 spoiler, 17'' fox evo 1 alloys, fog lights, crudley thrown together audio system, debadged, and a few vinyls.
Purchased myself a steam cleaner after seeing Alex’s results so hopefully i should have an immaculate engine bay & valances by the end of the month (will post pictures in detailing)
Here she is boys & girls.
Hopefully soon a 325i tech 2 with leather interior.. and i will not be chavving that one up!

Ah the infamous Volvo lip spoiler, mine had eye brows on when i purchased it they came off within 30 seconds on getting home along with the cheapo parking sensors someone had fitted.

My main gripe with the eye brow splitters on E30's is that they don’t look right with the chrome grill in the middle the only time they look mildly acceptable is when the eyebrows are black with a black centre grill. The main reason most people fit eyebrows to any car is to make it look more aggressive but I think they give E30’s a lazy look

I just think they look a little try hard, plus the fact that I had eye brows on my first car a burgundy Vauxhall chavalier I learnt from my mistake and vowed never to do such a thing again.

This is how mine looked when I got it with eyebrows (pics from the original advert)

And this is it now minus the eye brows

Much better without don’t you agree??

Hmmmm i can see what you mean, still i seem to have a thing for the old brows..

I think its best if i leave them off when i get a new one though :)

I think the E30 looks far more aggressive without any eyebrows. Looking good!
