Hi all, ive got an '89 320i .. i know its never going to be the fastest e30 however im not after speed just goin for a custom euro look with modest power possibly 150 bhp ??
i heard about this Maf conversion and sound quite interesting just not sure whats involved.. can any1 help?? thanks

i can too, mind u i only did it for my own car tbh. dunno if id be bothered making more, didnt build it intending to build more or sell them, etc.. 
built a MAF conversion for my 2.5 a little while back using a volvo 850 MAF, the standard BMW intake air temp sensor, a home made harness adaptor and a modified 173 ECU. the ECU doesnt have to be modded as u can get a 12v supply to the MAF from an ignition switched power source but i didnt want to butcher my loom. last but not least a chip programmed to run the MAF.
id love to see what ants creation looks like compared to my own. probably similar but as no one thinks exactly alike im curious what would be different between them, probably different MAF choice for starters..
